Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

Order cut-off time: 4:30 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

We process orders Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM EST, and Saturday between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM EST. We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays. Customer Service is open seven days a week, excluding national holidays.

Next Day Shipping Cut-Off Time

Friday orders placed before 2:00 PM EST with Next Day shipping will likely be delivered on Monday due to carrier limitations.

Saturday orders placed before 11:00 AM EST with Next Day shipping will likely be delivered on Tuesday due to carrier limitations.

Note: We currently offer no options to deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday.

Cancellations
